The North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is preparing to hold its third annual Seniorpalooza on Wednesday, October 16th at the John F. Rhodes Civic Center.
The event will be held from 8 a.m. to noon and will allow seniors to enjoy a morning of health, wellness and entertainment tailored specifically for them.
Seniorpalooza will feature a variety of activities aimed at engaging the senior community. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore booths from a variety of vendors offering information and resources focused on senior health and lifestyle. Additionally, attendees can attend informative presentations, take part in dance and fitness demonstrations, and participate in a variety of games designed to get everyone moving.
To keep the energy high, a live DJ will provide music throughout the event, and attendees will have a chance to win prizes in a drawing every 30 minutes. There will also be giveaways so everyone can go home with something special.
