Despite Miami’s reputation as a 24/7 party town, many of us locals actually work 9 to 5 office jobs, are students, or simply work 9-5 jobs a day. I have trillions of things to do. Life in this tropical paradise is hectic. After being cooped up at home all day, the last thing you want to do is go right back inside, especially to the gym.
Personally, no matter how much I want to exercise and take care of myself, there are days when I just can’t mentally bear to stay indoors for another hour (even if my gym routine means getting leaner, more bouncy peaches). even if promised). Good news for those who feel this way sometimes. Miami is full of fun and fresh alternatives to the regular old gyms. Here are some ways to get outside, get fit, and feel good in Miami right now.
