Fort Hays Tech North Central (formerly known as NCK Tech) is proud to announce a significant increase in fall enrollment for the 2024 academic year.

Overall head count increased by 3.1%. This is a testament to the university’s continued commitment to providing a quality education and promoting student success. Additionally, full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollment increased by 2.7%, demonstrating sustained demand for full-time tuition and academic programs.

One of the most notable accomplishments this fall has been the significant increase in high school concurrent and dual enrollment programs. High school dual enrollment increased by 29.36 percent, and high school dual enrollment increased by a whopping 30.5 percent. This surge reflects the university’s growing partnerships with area high schools and its commitment to providing early access to college-level coursework and helping students accelerate their academic careers. are.

“We are excited to see this growth in both traditional and high school enrollment,” said Fort Hays Technical College North Central College President Eric Burks. said. “These numbers reflect the trust and enthusiasm of our students, families, and educational partners for our programs. To support our students and ensure their success, we are expanding our capabilities in our new, state-of-the-art building. This exciting development reflects our commitment to providing the best possible learning environment as we continue to grow. ”
