I remember signing a contract with a CrossFit gym in 2012, and it’s a commitment I will never give up. It was like I was signing a contract with myself that said, “It’s not going to happen overnight, but I’m three months postpartum and I’m feeling stronger every day, so come today. please. Don’t expect results for a while. This is a long game…don’t waste any more time hoping or waiting…just go! Daily deposits will lead to great results emotionally, physically and mentally .

I don’t have to slow down or zoom out to get faster, or if I’m working against myself. There are times when you need to set up a system to work for you. I believe in how I do everything.
