Megan Fox’s grueling diet and fitness routine is not for the faint of heart

Megan Fox may have had help to increase her breast size and change the shape of her nose, but her incredible physique is all thanks to her hard work and discipline.

The 38-year-old actress is “very strict” with her diet and fitness routine, and doesn’t put anything into her body that isn’t “gluten-free and organic,” including alcohol.

“I’m always completely sober,” she told Glamor UK in 2022.

“I don’t drink a glass of wine. I don’t smoke. I don’t drink coffee. I’m very strict with my diet and never deviate.”

Like many Hollywood stars, Megan is kept in shape by personal trainer Harley Pasternak, who previously shared insight into how Megan maintains her toned and slender figure. Ta.

Megan has always been conscious of what she puts into her body, and following the birth of her second child in 2014, she followed a very disciplined diet to get back in shape.

“I stopped eating bread and all those kinds of carbohydrates. I don’t eat crackers, pretzels, potato chips. Nothing unhealthy,” she told E! News at the time. “The worst thing I put into my body is coffee once a day.”

But Megan hasn’t completely turned her back on carbs. “She eats carbs. She just eats proper carbs,” Hurley previously told Us Weekly.

“She’s on a low-carb diet. It’s very sustainable, very conservative, and she’s not doing zero that or zero,” he added.

Hurley said Megan typically eats three meals and two snacks a day.

“She’ll get protein, fiber, and healthy fats at every meal. She’s living a low-carb lifestyle, definitely… She’s definitely buckling down, and she’s great. ” he said.

One of Megan’s favorite foods is salmon. “She’ll eat salmon at least once a day,” he told Glamor.

“She’s going to go eat a lot of salmon sashimi, and she’s going to have cucumber salad, miso soup, and edamame.”

Her on-and-off partner Machine Gun Kelly also confirmed Megan’s love of clean eating.

“She’s probably ordering sushi,” he told People in 2020 when talking about his late-night snack staple. “She eats very healthy. Everything on her menu is gluten-free and organic.”

Harley also revealed that Megan has learned to prepare her own meals at home. “She’s stuck with it and realized she doesn’t need to be in the kitchen making elaborate meals,” Trainor previously told Us Weekly.

Sharing examples of her daily meals, he explained: “In the morning, I’ll have a smoothie or an egg white omelet with avocado for healthy fats. Then, as a snack, I’ll have hummus and chopped vegetables, and a grilled salad.”For lunch, I’ll have chicken. ”

Megan works out at least three days a week, and pushes herself “really hard” on two of those days.

“I work out really hard twice a week,” she previously told E! news! “I do a lot of cardio with very heavy weights. It’s circuit training.”

She also follows Harley’s Five Factor Workout.

He explained to People magazine: “These consist of five phases: a minimum of five minutes of aerobic warm-up, lower body toning exercises, upper body toning exercises, then abdominal toning exercises, and finally a five-minute cool down.”
