Sophie van Oostenbrugge is working on her diet by wearing workout clothes. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer shows off images of what she eats in a day while showing off her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set set in a mirror selfie. One follower commented: “She’s such a nice girl.” How does she approach food, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.

Sophie talked about cardio in her YouTube video. “To boost cardiovascular health, I always make sure to do at least two cardio sessions a week. So this means whether you’re trying to lose weight or whether you’re maintaining your weight. , or whether you’re gaining weight. Sophie focuses on a plant-based diet. “I used to be a vegetarian,” she says. “I’m all for trying different diets and seeing how your body responds to it and how it makes you feel.” Buy fat sources like canned beans, nuts (“easy snacks”), avocados, bananas, frozen berries for smoothies and shakes, and “as many vegetables as possible.” You can never run out of vegetables,” she says. Hummus, sweet potatoes, oats, reduced sugar ketchup, peanut butter and 90 percent dark chocolate are also on her shopping list.

Sophie has a strategy because she’s “not always motivated.” “I just rely on discipline. I know what I have to do to reach my goals. I also know that if I stick to my work routine and stick to my diet, I feel much better afterwards.” I know that.” That’s why I try to keep going as long as I can. But that doesn’t mean I don’t go to the gym any day. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t follow my diet,” she says.
