Anytime Fitness via Akcelo has given Australians the chance to run, walk and roll with Tulia Pitt, Osher Gansberg and Troy Sachs OAM PLY through their new podcast series Tread Mates.

With the growing understanding that exercise is stronger when shared, this campaign will give Australians a virtual ‘buddy’ to train with and highlight the importance of exercise and social connection for mental health. was created to highlight.

Akcelo worked with trainers at Anytime Fitness to create a three-part podcast series specifically for you to enjoy on the go. It offers an inspiring and intimate insight into the mental health journeys of some of Australia’s biggest names, breaking down the stigma and inviting Australians to join Anytime Fitness’ annual Tread as One event on 12 October The aim is to give people the motivation to do so, and is raising funds for RU OK?

Research from Anytime Fitness shows that half of Australians (51%) don’t have anyone to exercise with, but 91% are more likely to open up about personal challenges when exercising with friends. Masu. Tread Mates provide supportive companions that help listeners feel connected and motivated.
