“Every president running for office in the last half century has done the same thing. Everyone has done it except Donald Trump. He will never argue with me again. He doesn’t give out his medical records, and you have to ask why his staff is doing that. “Maybe it’s because they think it’s not necessary, that it’s incompetent, that it’s unstable, that they don’t need to be that transparent with the American people. The vice president was also asked about the battleground state of North Carolina, where he was at the news conference, and the potential threat to voting rights, especially for Black Americans.
