Donald Trump has demanded that his election rival, Kamala Harris, take a cognitive test as he heads into the key battleground state of Pennsylvania on Monday as his race for the White House enters its final stages.
The call came in response to Harris releasing an updated medical report over the weekend as a challenge to Republicans, especially given her tendency to give long, rambling and sometimes disjointed speeches. As a result, his health remains under scrutiny.

Vice president unveils plans to give black men more economic and other opportunities for growth as he seeks to energize key voting blocs where Democrats worry his candidacy lacks enthusiasm did.
