Tanya Poppet is a very successful fitness trainer. She has many followers on social media. Poppet recently shared her favorite upper body workout on Instagram. She captioned the video, “This is what an upper body session at the gym looks like πŸ‘‡ I’ve been doing upper body and lower body splits for the last few months. This is a typical upper body session for me. Some ‘power’ base I’m mixing sessions. Move with my strength set and finish with accessories. ”

In her Instagram post, Ms. Poppet can be seen doing pull-ups. These are very effective. Poppet has a great core. She shared some of her favorite ab workouts in this Instagram video, captioning it, “I’ve completed my core set πŸ’ͺ With just a balance ball πŸ‘Œ Thank you maternity for reminding me how useful these are πŸ˜„ After a steady workout, I added this weekend cardio workout to my core set for an all-around core challenge that focuses on rotation, anti-extension, anti-flexion, lateral stability, and anti-rotation. is.”
