Fitness model, coach, and entrepreneur Whitney Johns focuses on her own health and wellness, prioritizing hormonal and gut health. “Upper body workout for your back and butt 🔥 This workout is one of my favorites from my Find Your Fit with Whit program! Confidence and strong self-esteem are very important parts of this process. She enjoys the outdoors. “Mother Nature is a Gangster🔥⛰️🌿Have you ever ridden your horse to the top of a waterfall to frolic with your friends or soak in the cool water in a natural pool?🤸🏻‍♀️ We are proud to be a part of the Wyoming Mountains. I got this chance on a gorgeous August day. “Off the grid 🐴🏞️ Then we rode back to the bottom to go around the falls 👌🏼,” she said on Instagram.

She’s a fan of full-body workouts that can be done anywhere. “🔥Full Body Dumbbell Workout🔥You can do it anywhere! She does a cold plunge. “September started off on the right track 🧊⛰️🥶🌞 Cold tub sessions never get easier, but they always feel like a million bucks. Let’s make this month count. In 2024 too. Only 4 months left 🤯 Be intentional about doing something that challenges me, improves me, or scares me…every day for the rest of this year,” she wrote chillingly on Instagram. he said in a video of him jumping into a bathtub.

She is powerful and proud of how far she has come in her health journey. “A fitness journey is more than just a physical transformation. It’s about regaining personal power and autonomy over your body and your life. 💯During my fitness journey, I have faced many ups and downs, But through it all, I learned how to heal by focusing on what I could control: how to train my body and nurture my mental and overall health. I found it,” she said on Instagram.
