“Honestly, I think this was a no-brainer for me. I came in after Michael and it was a dream for me to work with him, so I thought, ‘This is a win-win. There are benefits,” Kunis enthused. “It’s a beautiful story directed by a beautiful director, and I get to work with Michael!”

Meyers-Shyer says she wasn’t thinking about “Mr. Martin” while making “Goodrich.”

That’s what made me feel like he was the right person for this job and that he was capable of doing comedy and drama.”
