Chelsea wasn’t originally a fitness model. “As a kid, I never exercised and I wasn’t in shape. I started working out because I saw sexy girls on magazine covers and wanted to look exactly like them. “Once I got used to working out and saw my body change, it became an addiction,” she told Muscle Prodigy.

Chelsea enjoys the benefits of caffeine. In fact, she claims that her morning cup of joe helps her get to the gym. “I like to work out early in the morning because that’s when I have the most energy. Thank you, coffee! I’m a morning person, so ideally I get everything done by noon,” she says. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits to drinking coffee in moderation. “Caffeine acts on the brain to improve memory, mood, reaction time, and mental function,” the researchers said, adding that studies show caffeine may improve endurance and performance during exercise. The results are cited. They’re also rich in antioxidants, which researchers say can help prevent diabetes, prevent neurological diseases, lower cancer risk, and prevent depression.

Chelsea revealed her top three workout routines to Muscle Prodigy. “Because squats not only tone your glutes, they help you improve both upper and lower body strength. You’re basically working your entire body,” she says. “Planks work your entire core, whereas some ab exercises only target specific areas.” And her third tot0 exercise? Burpees. “This exercise is very simple, but still challenging. I love it because it’s aerobic and also tones the whole body,” she says.

Novak keeps things simple when it comes to diet. “To be honest, I love plain food. All I need is mustard and I’m good. I eat pretty much the same food every day: lean protein, complex carbohydrates, vegetables. I crave sweets. When they do, it’s usually a fruit snack, like an apple or watermelon,” she says.

Chelsea also stays fit with the help of outdoor activities. “I’m from Miami and it’s always sunny here, so I love the outdoors. Rollerblading, going to the beach, and jet skiing are my weekend adventures. And I love baking desserts!” she says. Masu. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider burns an astonishing 238 calories in a 30-minute ride. This sport is also great for improving your cardiovascular fitness.
