UPS is investigating one of its drivers for leaving an opposing political sign on the Davis family’s lawn while on duty. It happened last Thursday, and Shelley Bales’ surveillance camera caught his actions on video. “He didn’t deliver packages to my house,” Bales said. “I saw him put something on my lawn,” said Bales, who checked his lawn and found more than a dozen posters supporting former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign. I found a small flag nearby. “When I saw it, I was very surprised and upset,” Bales said. The video shows the driver dropping off his luggage across the street from Bales’ home and placing a flag on his lawn before leaving. “He really has no rights. He’s trespassing on my lawn,” Bales said, adding, in a statement to KCRA 3, UPS said, “We want every American to be able to make the choice they choose.” “While we respect the right of candidates to support candidates, we ask our employees to express their views.” They are currently investigating the incident. As Election Day approaches, Bales hopes voters will respect each other. “I have no idea why he did that. I can’t imagine what he was trying to get out of these little signs,” Bales said. UPS is investigating one of its drivers for leaving an opposing political sign on the Davis family’s lawn while on duty.

It happened last Thursday, and Shelley Bales’ surveillance camera caught his actions on video.

“He didn’t deliver packages to my house,” Bales said. “I saw him put something on my lawn.”

Bales searched his lawn and found nearly a dozen small flags supporting former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign.

“When I saw them, I was very surprised and upset,” Bales said.

The video shows the driver dropping off his luggage across the street from Bales’ home and placing a flag on his lawn before leaving.

“He really has no rights. He’s trespassing on my lawn,” Bales said.

In a statement to KCRA 3, UPS said, “While we respect the right of every American to support the candidate of their choice, we do not encourage our employees to express their political views on their own time. I am asking them to do so.”

They are currently investigating the incident.

As Election Day approaches, Bales hopes voters will respect each other.

“I have no idea why he did that. I can’t imagine what he was trying to get out of these little signs,” Bales said.
