Fitness influencer Brianna Joy shares her ‘cardio routine’ in two-piece workout gear

A renowned fitness expert and trainer, Briana Joy is dedicated to sharing her passion for health and wellness with her followers. She recently posted a low-impact cardio routine on Instagram that showcases exercises like touchdowns, jab cross steps, and tuck-ins. “It’s the perfect cardio exercise to do when you want to break a sweat quickly,” she captioned it, adding that light weights can make the workout more effective.

As seen from her Instagram posts, Joy is seen doing some cardio exercise. The Mayo Clinic says aerobic exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, has many benefits. “When you first start doing regular aerobic exercise, you may feel tired. But in the long run, it will improve your stamina and reduce fatigue. Over time, it will also improve your heart and lungs. It also improves health, bone and muscle strength.”

Joy shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. She captioned the post, “Hey, this was BURNERRR 🥵 If you want to make it even more advanced, you can add weights!” In it, she is seen doing squats. Allina Health says squats have many benefits. “Squats are one of the best all-around exercises for your lower body. They strengthen and tone your thighs, butt, and calf muscles, improving your posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength. Squats also improve bone density and keep your bones strong.”

In a previous Instagram video, Joy was seen doing different types of lunges, including reverse lunges, alternating side lunges, and alternating bows. ACE Fitness says lunges have many benefits. “Lunges train the largest muscles in your lower body, primarily your quadriceps, glutes, and adductor magnus (inner thigh muscles).Other muscles that work include your hamstrings and gluteus medius. , calves, and core stabilizers, says Suzanne Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami.

Joy shares many of her favorite healthy recipes on Instagram. In this video, she is seen making a cooked fruit treat using bananas, chocolate, and peanut butter. She captioned the post, “I love any fruit and chocolate combination, but this time I also added Greek yogurt and nut butter for extra protein! 🤩🍌🍫❣️#” Joy also makes fruit peels She shared her video and captioned it as: “You’ll love it! It’s so easy! Just cover the strawberries with a mixture of melted chocolate and peanut butter, top with a mixture of white chocolate and matcha, and freeze!”

In a previous Instagram video, Joy is seen making a snack out of bananas. The Cleveland Clinic says bananas are rich in vitamins. “Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a nutrient that helps the body absorb iron and boosts the immune system’s ability to fight disease. Adults need 75 to 90 milligrams (mg) per day. One banana provides about 10 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the many antioxidants you can get from food. Antioxidants are important, however, because they can counteract free radicals in the body that can damage cells. , antioxidants like vitamin C inhibit free radicals.”
