The billionaire also encouraged men to act early and take proactive steps to protect their hair.

Brian Johnson, a 46-year-old tech billionaire and anti-aging research pioneer, recently shared his amazing transformation on social media, explaining how he reversed male pattern baldness in less than a year and started growing his hair. revealed that it has regained its natural color. Through the X thread, Johnson revealed a comprehensive regimen to prevent hair loss and maintain thick, healthy hair. Although he was expected to be bald already, he said nutritional, topical and light treatments have made an amazing difference. The billionaire also encouraged men to act early and take proactive steps to protect their hair, claiming it was possible to maintain a full head of hair “well into your 40s and beyond.” .

“Genetically, I’m supposed to be bald. I’ve been losing hair and getting gray hair since my late 20s. Now, at 47, I have a full head of hair and about 70% of my gray hair is gone. Here’s how I did it,” he wrote to X.

Genetically speaking, you should be bald.

Since my late 20s, my hair has started to fall out and become gray.

Now, at 47 years old, I have a full head of hair and about 70% of my gray hair has disappeared.

In a subsequent tweet, the biohacker said his success in hair regrowth was thanks to a multifaceted approach. The key to his transformation was the strategic use of vitamins and nutrients, especially proteins and omega-3 fatty acids, which played a key role in hair restoration.

In addition to nutrition, he developed a personalized topical formula tailored to his genetics that includes melatonin, caffeine, and vitamin D3. He also incorporates red light therapy into his daily life, sometimes wearing a special hat to perform this treatment throughout the day.

Another key component of Johnson’s regimen is oral minoxidil, a topical hair loss drug. However, he stressed that it is only considered safe at low doses, as it can cause unpleasant side effects such as excessive hair growth and headaches.

4. Red light therapy:

You can do your morning routine while wearing it for 6 minutes a day. A study of 44 men (ages 18-49) showed that 25 minutes of treatment with a 655nm laser cap every other day for 16 weeks increased hair growth by 39%. pic.twitter.com/Rv0cFaNWtj

“Finally, I would like to let you know that I am in contact with several companies that are building new hair regeneration therapies. They are promising and exciting, although they are still many years away. It’s cool to think you might never have to think about hair removal again. Just one reason the future is going to be great,” he concluded his post.

Remarkably, this entrepreneur uses a meticulously crafted plan of eating, sleeping, and exercising to see if the aging process can be slowed and even reversed. It spends $2 million annually on combined medical diagnosis and treatment. A few days ago, he revealed that he underwent a “total plasma” exchange, a radical procedure aimed at removing toxins from the body.

Johnson made his fortune in his 30s by selling his payment processing company, Braintree Payment Solutions, to eBay for $800 million in cash. His net worth is reportedly $400 million.
