Holly Barker is giving her followers a glimpse into her life. In a new social media post, the fitness model and influencer shares several clips from her recent life, including one in which she shows off her famous physique in a two-piece exercise set. Also includes clips of herself. “Life is my motivation,” she captioned the Instagram video. One of her followers commented: “Awesome.” “So cute,” added another. How does she approach food, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.

“I think my number one habit is to drink lots of water every day. Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved water. When I was little, my mother called me Water Girl. It was just, ‘I never really wanted to drink,’ she told Robin Pineau. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps remove waste products through urination, sweating, and defecation, maintains normal body temperature, lubricates and cushions joints, and protects sensitive tissues.

“In addition to staying hydrated, I’m eating lots of fiber, pumpkin, and dark leafy vegetables every day. I’m eating a great meal packed with protein, carbohydrates, and fat,” she says. “I eat breakfast every morning and eat throughout the day with macronutrients strategically based on my activity to maximize my energy levels. I eat a variety of lean proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. and drink 4 to 6 liters of water each.”During the day, I supplement with Hi 5 Amino Complex during training, and after training I take Quattro Protein to repair newly damaged muscles.” she continues. “Once a week when I’m six weeks away from filming, I refuel my body by allowing myself to eat what I want. My body tells me what I’m missing. I feel like I’m giving it to you, but sometimes that’s all your body needs.”I eat whole, unprocessed foods every day and prepare and cook my own meals wherever I go. I will. Just to be safe, skip one or two meals and stay home. ”

Holly understands the importance of sleep. “I’m active every day, indoors and outdoors, and get seven to nine hours of sleep each night,” she reveals. “I usually eat my last meal, wash my face, and head to bed. I watch reruns of Friends and Sex and the City. I turn on the Sleep Cycle app and fall asleep to the waves crashing. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough Z can lift your mood, promote heart health, regulate blood sugar levels, and improve mental function. , the immune system is restored, stress is reduced, and weight loss is promoted.

Holly also gets fired up. “I do hot vinyasa yoga four to five times a week in the morning,” she reveals. There’s a long list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years gained less weight in midlife.” “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had a lower body mass index (BMI) than those who did not practice yoga.”Researchers believe that this is due to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

As for the gym, she usually trains hard. “After a period of lower/heavy reps/sets, gradually move to higher reps that include full-body training once or twice a week, increasing your cardio in various forms. This has helped me find my passion. I love being active outdoors with my family. If I feel like I need to get in shape, I have a fitness method that allows me to do that. and I continue to love it more and more every year, so I feel very happy,” she says. Here are her 5 day split lifts:

Monday – Glutes

Tuesday – Shoulders/Abs

Wednesday – Back

Thursday – Hamstrings/Abs

Friday – Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders
