Issa Vegas thanks her followers by wearing workout gear. In a new social media post, the stunning fitness influencer shows off her coveted curves in a two-piece workout set, expressing her gratitude as the protein powder’s first anniversary approaches. “Thank you everyone,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. How does she approach food, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.

Issa shared all her top diet and fitness secrets with Entrena. Her first recommendation? Targeted exercises. “Squats, lunges, and deadlifts are a must to tone your glutes and add volume. I use variations like sumo squats and lateral lunges to work different areas of my glutes and legs. And don’t forget hip thrusts, which are great for a deep glute workout,” she says. df44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec

She also recommends smart cardio. “Aerobic exercise is good for overall health, but to focus on toning, I prefer lower-intensity aerobic exercise, such as a long walk or using the elliptical. “It helps you burn fat without sacrificing muscle mass,” she writes.

When it comes to diet, Issa recommends focusing on nutritious foods. “A protein-rich diet is key to rebuilding and toning muscles after a workout. I make sure to include protein sources like chicken, fish, eggs, and of course my favorite, whey protein. And don’t forget healthy carbohydrates and fats, too; our bodies need them for energy and recovery!” she says.

Next, she encourages staying hydrated and limiting your salt intake. “Drinking enough water and maintaining a low-salt diet can reduce fluid retention, which can affect the appearance of cellulite, so keep your water bottle full,” she says. I say.

Stretching and massage are also important. “After training, I spend some time stretching and occasionally use a foam roller. This not only helps with muscle recovery, but also improves blood circulation and reduces the appearance of cellulite,” she writes. Masu.

And finally, consistency is key. “It’s important to be consistent with your training and nutrition habits. It’s about lifestyle, not one-week changes,” she writes.
