Attending a group workout class can be a challenge during the week, especially when juggling multiple priorities and competing tasks. But this dance class is only 10 minutes long and makes for a super easy (and delicious!) workout snack. So stop doomscrolling and incorporate this fun class into your Winter Ark routine.

This home workout video from choreographer Carreira Jordan will get you started right away. This dynamic workout, assisted by El Baez and Mina Hein, is perfect for anyone who loves dancing. This session will get your heart rate up with high-energy moves like high-knee sweeps, hip rotations, and a mix of high kicks. Next, move on to core work that packs a real punch, with moves to strengthen your lower back and obliques. Targeting these areas can help improve balance and coordination, which is important for anyone who loves dancing, bodyweight training, or low-impact activities.

Finally, when the song “Wicked and Wild” comes on, there are big side steps and fast hip rotations. He then marches in place, stepping back and throwing punches, finishing with a cross-step combination. Jordan knows how to keep the energy high throughout the session and encourage the class with a big smile. There’s no built-in cooldown feature, but if you’re looking for some options, try this easy-to-do Sweat and Tell cooldown while you relax.
