LEMONT, IL — Sweatin’ Sexy Fitness and Dance Studio, offering classes ranging from strength training to pole dancing, opened in downtown Lemont earlier this year.

Owner Tosha Anderson said the studio at 335 Front St. has been open since April and she wanted to spread the word about her new business.

Anderson described the studio as “an empowering, welcoming community that offers diverse, high-energy group fitness workouts and personal training.”

“Our studio offers home-sized classes to create an environment for adults of all ages, sizes, abilities, and fitness goals,” Anderson told Patch. “Our personalized approach ensures that every student receives the attention and support they deserve.”

The studio offers personal training, senior fitness classes, strength training, WERQ fitness, trampoline fitness, cardio kickboxing, line dancing, yoga, high heel dancing, pole dancing, and more.

Anderson said the studio also accommodates requests for private parties and other small groups.

The studio offers monthly memberships, per-class payment options, or 5- and 10-class passes.
