Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady reveals his latest workout routine

Staying healthy has always been a top priority for former American professional football quarterback Tom Brady. Exercise has helped Brady maintain a long and successful career. He holds several major records as a quarterback, including career passing yards, touchdown passes and completions. He was the NFL champion for career quarterback wins and even after his retirement, he remained in the broadcast booth as a commentator for Fox Sports NFL broadcasts.

Tom Brady hasn’t slowed down since retirement, working on improving his fitness. The seven-time Super Bowl champion shared his latest rigorous training routine on Instagram, and we’re curious to know how the NFL leader stays in shape. In an Instagram post, Brady sits on a plyometric box next to a pool, sharing that he’s incorporating swimming into his training routine for cardio. In another photo, Brady glides through the water, and in another, he does weighted step-ups on the plyometric box.

The Super Bowl champion’s latest training

Here’s how to try out Tom Brady’s latest morning circuit.

4×100 free 4×25 fast, 25 recovery 2×200 free 20x weighted step ups 20x heavy resistance band push ups 10x box jumps reps x4

Start with a “4×100 Freestyle” swim workout, which is four sets of 100 meters freestyle. After the swim workout, progress to weighted step-ups, heavy resistance band push-ups, and box jumps.
