In a united effort to fight breast cancer, Xponential Fitness has partnered with the American Cancer Society to launch donation-based classes and raise funds across our fitness brands to support important research.

Breast cancer has become the most commonly diagnosed cancer type among women, with an estimated 313,510 new cases expected in 2024, according to the American Cancer Society. The collaboration between Xponential Fitness and ACS is designed to support research, advocacy, and patient care to help everyone stay safe and healthy. Throughout October, Xponential Fitness will mobilize its diverse portfolio of fitness brands, including Club Pilates, Pure Barre, CycleBar, YogaSix, Rumble Boxing and BFT, to offer donation-based classes at participating locations. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from co-branded apparel will be donated to ACS.

The importance of physical activity
The partnership aims not only to generate funds, but also to promote the importance of physical activity for people fighting cancer and cancer survivors. Studies have shown that women who exercise regularly have a 10% to 20% lower risk of developing breast cancer than women who do not exercise.
Xponential Fitness encourages members to meet recommended guidelines of 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75-100 minutes of vigorous exercise each week to improve overall health and reduce chronic disease. Reduce risk.
