Red Sox, celebrate Joe Castillione’s career on Sunday – NECN

Boston Red Sox has announced that he will celebrate the Broadcaster Joe Castillione in the ceremony before the game on Sunday, September 29.

Mayor Michel Woo also stated September 29 as “Joe Castillione Day.”

At the ceremony, he will commend the 42 -season broadcasting booth work as the longest live announcer in the same station.

Roger Clemens and Pedro Martinez, Red Sox Hall of Fame, Dwight Evans, Rich Gedman, Bob Stanley, Joe Morgan, Jackie Bradley Jr., Brian Dowback, Renny Dinald , Keith Fork, Rich Hill, Bob Montgomery, Trot Nixon.

Mayor Michel Woo said, “Joe Castillione has been loved by many generations of fans for the 42 seasons since the socks broke the curse 20 years ago in 2004. He said, “I’m proud of September 29.” Held Joe Castillione Day in Boston, honored his contribution to Red Sox, Fenway Park, and the whole city. ”
