BROWNSVILLE, Texas – The Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC) and Teach for America (TFA) Rio Grande Valley are excited to announce the upcoming “Youth Panel: What Works to Prepare Young People for College and Careers.” , we are pleased to present “A Discussion on What’s Not Working.” . ” This event explores the successes and challenges of young people in preparing for college and career.
