The American fitness coach and influencer shared his weekly workout plan, saying, “These aren’t fat-burning workouts, but they were simply the most effective for him.”

Justin O’Regan is a “weight loss coach” based in the United States. He frequently shares videos of his fitness plans, healthy eating, and weight loss journey on Instagram. In one of his latest videos, Justin shared his workout secrets. While sharing a video of his weekly gym workout, he further wrote: “Train each muscle twice per week in this 6-day split… Note: Fat loss occurs through calorie deficit, not exercise. These are not “fat-burning” workouts. This split worked best for me. ”

Justin gave a breakdown of his fitness routine, writing: “Rest and repeat.”

Monday – Push

Tuesday – Pull

Wednesday – feet

Thursday – Closed

Friday – Chest/Back

Saturday – Arm/Shoulder

Sunday – feet

Justin talks about what to do after a cheat day

In another recent video posted to Instagram, Justin talked about “what you do when you have too many cheat days.” He writes: “Nothing. The next day you’re right back to normal and forget about it. You can’t ruin your progress by overeating in one day…how much do you need to eat to get 1 Don’t take drastic measures to “make up” for extra calories. This can lead to a cycle of restriction and overeating. ”
