Jen Widerstrom is a renowned fitness trainer and author, best known for her work on The Biggest Loser. She frequently shares health advice on Instagram, including tips on how to stay on track with your workouts. In the caption of a recent selfie, she reminded her followers to prioritize movement, saying, “20 minutes is all you need to change your mood and improve your health.”

Widerstrom shared some diet tips in an interview with Women’s Running. She says digestion and spaced meals are very important. “Put a meaningful portion on your plate, sit down, and eat. If within an hour you’re like, ‘Wow, I’m hungry, I want more,’ that’s okay, just eat more.” 9 times out of 10 you won’t be hungry yet. Take some time to digest. ”

When it comes to eating at Weiderstrom, we believe the simpler the food, the better. “Ensuring your body’s metabolism is at its peak is the key not only to losing weight, but also to building lean muscle,” she explained to Laura’s Lean Beef. “Therefore, I am a strong proponent of single-ingredient foods because they are easily recognized and digestible by the body, which is very important in terms of absorbing all the nutritional value of the meal. , it is also important for replacing unwanted weight with lean body mass.” Muscle tissue What are single-ingredient foods? Single-ingredient foods are, for example, apples, sweet potatoes, or single-ingredient foods. Foods that contain Blueberries, there’s only one name for it. It’s right in front of you. To understand this concept, simply look at the nutritional content of foods. By law, all ingredients must be listed, so read carefully if you have a long list of ingredients or if you can’t pronounce some. We recommend changing that item in your meal plan to one with as few ingredients as possible. ”

Weiderstrom opened up about her health journey and body changes in the caption of this Instagram post. She says enjoying her diet and exercise were a big help. “I finally snapped out of that state and realized that if I didn’t take responsibility for my health and well-being, I’d never feel whole. I knew I didn’t like healthy foods, so I was avoiding them, but I was eating more vegetables, more high-quality protein, and going out and eating out. The focus was on reducing

Weiderstrom also revealed in her Instagram caption that she doesn’t care what she looks like. “The biggest mental change happened when I finally stopped working out just for my waistline and actually started making these decisions because it made me feel great. I I own my #health now because I love who I am when I’m connected. That’s what sticks with me, and it’s never about matching a dress.”

Weiderstrom shared some of her favorite foods and exercises in the caption of her Instagram post. She says she loves doing strength training to stay in shape. “By far my favorite is interval-based weight training. 🏋🏻‍♀️You can efficiently move moderate weights under short time constraints. The work is hard, explosive, and high-volume, but There is always a break.”
