Successful bodybuilder Taysa Costa regularly shares workout content on Instagram and continues to inspire her fans with her dedication to fitness. In a recent post, Costa is seen performing an impressive routine while wearing pink workout gear. She captioned the post, “Do you like videos like this? πŸ˜πŸ’– Remember the coupon for website @duxnutritionlabTHAISA10. In her Instagram posts, Costa can be seen performing exercises such as deadlifts with weights. ACE Fitness states that weightlifting is extremely beneficial. “Training to increase strength is different than training to increase muscle size. 6-10 weeks of strength-focused, high-intensity, low-rep mesocycles, followed by 6-10 weeks of high-intensity, low-rep mesocycles. Do a high-rep hypertrophy (bodybuilder) mesocycle with a moderate weight for the week. “Increasing your range will significantly improve both size and strength. ”

Costa can be seen doing crunches in an Instagram post. This exercise has many benefits. According to the Mayo Clinic, “The ab crunch is one of the most common exercises used to tone the abdominal muscles.
