City Youth Alternative Fund receives donation from Planet Fitness

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The City of Cheyenne Youth Alternatives Office recently received a donation from Planet Fitness that will be donated to the Friends of Youth Alternatives Fund.

Planet Fitness raised $2,028.68 through Mental Health Awareness Month, held each March. Planet Fitness has been based in Cheyenne for the past seven years, providing a safe, judgment-free environment that promotes the development of physical and mental health for all walks of life, which closely aligns with the mission of the Office of Youth Alternatives. I am.

“We are grateful to Planet Fitness for supporting our services,” Jay Sullivan, Director of Youth Alternatives, said in a news release. “Community support furthers our commitment to Cheyenne’s youth.”

This endowment was established to ensure that the services provided by the Office of Youth Alternatives are sustainable for future generations.
