Parks and People, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving and expanding Baltimore City’s green spaces, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday to mark the grand opening of the Cecil Community Park renovation at Cecil Elementary School in East Baltimore Midway. went.
