Family Career Night in Rochester – ABC 6 News

(ABC 6 News) — In Rochester, local businesses had a chance to share the inside scoop on their careers with students.

It was all part of Family Career Night at Sunset Terrace Elementary School.

The career fair was held by the school last Thursday. It was also part of the students’ lessons.

“We want our kids to focus more on careers and college. So we start in kindergarten and talk about careers and what they want to do and what they want to be when they grow up,” Sunset says. said Brenda Wichman, principal of Terrace Elementary School.

One of the presenters was Alexander Schmidt of ABC 6 News, who set up a presentation about being a breaking news reporter for ABC 6 News to the students about working on the go.
