Many people believe that the Christmas season is the time to gain weight, but in reality you may lose weight before Christmas.

According to TikTok sensation Lauren Scully, known as @leanwithlaurenx, you can do that with smart food swaps. She insists that indulging in good food doesn’t have to be taken off the menu.

Lauren shares her top tips for losing weight before the holidays, suggesting that smart food choices can lead to significant weight loss. Her advice is perfect for those looking to improve their health before the festivities begin.

In a recent video, Lauren revealed how simple dietary changes can make a huge difference, claiming you could “lose a stone by Christmas” by focusing on simple food alternatives.

Lauren explained: “Here’s another example of what 1,600 calories looks like, and this is for people who don’t have a lot of time to meal prep. For breakfast, I’ll have these high-protein cookies chocolate crisps. Girl It’s less than 400 calories and over 30 grams of protein, which is unreal.

Lauren chose a combination of homemade tomato soup and brown bread for lunch, stressing that carbs shouldn’t be feared when trying to lose weight. She also suggested adding cooked chicken to soups for an extra boost of protein, which can stave off hunger pangs for longer.

The health enthusiast recommended jacket potatoes as a great option for dinner, explaining that she enjoys them topped with chicken stir-fry mix. She emphasized that the total calories for this meal were just over 400 calories, making it a satisfying dinner without weighing you down.

When it comes to snacking, she said you can choose whatever you like, but prefer to have a small amount of protein in one of your snacking options. She often opts for a protein pudding pot or has fruit like kiwi for something sweet.

Lauren said: “Eating this kind of food all the way up to Christmas will help you lose the stone.”

If you’re interested in learning how to make these delicious recipes, Lauren frequently posts recipes on her TikTok profile. The essence of her message is clear. Focusing on eating balanced, healthy meals throughout the day can help prevent hunger pangs and help you feel satisfied after eating.

Employing healthier versions of popular recipes is a great strategy for managing appetite and making dieting less difficult. Remember that striving for a toned and slim figure can be a fun experience with a little dedication.
