Jazmin Pineda is rocking Sin City in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer and 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her famous physique in a two-piece workout set. “Vegas dump 🎰,” she captioned a series of snaps on Instagram. One of her followers commented: “Beautiful🖤🔥🐺.” “I love you 🔥” was also added. How does she approach food, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.
Jazmin enjoys running. “It’s been a while since I’ve felt like running. Running 60 miles a week while preparing for a half marathon really burned me out and took a toll on my body. It’s been great to get back to running. I love it,” she said. I wrote about it in a recent post. “Running is a huge form of self-care for me. If you haven’t tried it yet (literally just run for 5 minutes), I highly recommend you give it a try. It’s a great way to relieve stress and anxiety while bringing out a different side of yourself. Masu.”
Jazmin’s main form of fitness is strength training. “Feeling strong and powerful,” she captioned a recent workout post. “This was a great workout for the girls!!” Here are the exercises she did:
Single leg dead and superset hip thrust. “I prefer kettlebells,” she says. Abduction (15,12,10,10) Wide stance squat. “I almost died from this,” she admits. “Squats are so humbling when you come back from a break!” Reverse Hack Deadlift. “This machine is not my favorite,” she says. “I still like working at the blacksmith shop!!”
“My new favorite workout method is called Gym Late. It’s a combination of gym/weightlifting and Pilates moves,” Jazmin revealed in a recent post. “I found it difficult to balance weightlifting and Pilates as a whole (and having multiple memberships was just too much work). Goal: Focus on smaller movements, core strength, and tension rather than heavy lifting. The rep range is a minimum of 15 or timed (30-45 seconds). ” df44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec

“I love animals. I became vegan over 10 years ago for ethical reasons,” she said. “I wanted a high-quality protein that was plant-based and free of artificial chemicals. This is the perfect blend of pea protein isolate, brown rice, and quinoa that provides 20 grams of protein and is low in calories.” she said. Divert attention to why she wanted to launch her own protein powder.
“This is an average eating day in my life. I don’t count calories, I don’t fast (other than sleep time), and I don’t plan my meals at this time. I try to be intuitive and make healthy choices, but I also don’t drink sugary drinks or alcohol, but I do drink plenty of water after exercise. “I’m taking a vegan protein shake. It’s a diet based on carbohydrates, good fats, protein, vegetables, and fruits,” she revealed in the post.
