Natasha Augie is a successful fitness influencer known for her impressive workout routines and athletic physique. On Instagram, she regularly shares her fitness journey, offering glimpses of her intense workouts and stylish workout gear. In a recent post, she posed in a white top and black shorts and captioned it, “Time to get back to regular posts 😅 Today’s upper body and core pump were 👌.” Whether he’s lifting heavy weights or enjoying an outdoor hike, Auggie’s dedication to fitness continues to inspire his followers. Here’s how she stays in top shape.

As you can tell from the captions of her Instagram posts, Auggie likes to do core exercises to stay in shape. The Mayo Clinic says they have many benefits. “The core is the central part of the body. Auggie never misses leg day. She never misses hamstring days, and makes sure to do hamstring exercises to stay in shape. Auggie shared a video of himself doing glute bridges with weights on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Call me if you need a ham 👀 (don’t look at the calf) 😆.”

Auggie does a lot of weight training to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram link, she is seen using a barbell. Auggie also shared this video on his page where he is lifting weights. She captioned it, “4×4 @ 240lbs move was pretty good 👀” Auggie also shared a video of herself doing a Bulgarian split squat with a barbell, adding, “This time BB “Bulgarian split squat. Let’s see what you can do,” she captioned the post. Along with this👀

As you can see from the previous two blurbs, Auggie never misses leg day. She also likes to do squats to stay in shape. Auggie also shared a video of himself using a weighted squat machine on Instagram. She captioned the post, “The legs here are a little leggings 👀 But the real star of this video is the t-shirt 👀 @civilregime Children of the Atom is coming on 6/30 and it’s 🔥 CODE | Natasha,” he added.

Auggie doesn’t just go to the gym to train. She also loves going hiking. Auggie shared a photo of himself in the mountains. Hiking has many health benefits. “Going up and down hills gets your heart pumping and is a great aerobic workout,” Piemonte says. “Like most aerobic exercises, hiking can lead to heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and even some cancers.” It helps reduce the risk of
