Sonia Isaza wears exercise gear and shares her recent workout. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her amazingly fit figure in a two-piece set while working up a sweat at the gym. “GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!🙋🏽‍♀️Today’s daily routine with professor @belen_workouts🔥💪🏽Always active!🤪,” she captioned the post. In the video, she performs various exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, pull-downs, and other arm exercises. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? About her lifestyle Here’s everything you need to know.

Sonia enjoys running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is good for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “The average person burns about 100 calories for every mile they run,” they say.

Sonia is a fan of the workout buddy system. “We will train together and strengthen our bodies and minds ❤️ Every step will be more enjoyable when you are by our side. Do some cardio with your life partner and challenge yourself. I love you my king 👑 @kingarturo23official 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪 #CreciendoJuntos #TeamGoals #ComplicidadEnMovimiento,” she said. I wrote about a video with my then-partner, soccer player Arturo Vidal.

Sonia doesn’t drink much, but when she does, she sticks to red wine. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought to be good for heart health,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Alcohol and certain substances called antioxidants found in red wine may help prevent coronary artery disease, which causes heart attacks.”

Sonia understands the importance of hydration. Here she is sipping a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps remove waste products through urination, sweating, and defecation, maintains normal body temperature, lubricates and cushions joints, and protects sensitive tissues.

Sonia’s main form of fitness is strength training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training and weight training can help you reduce body fat, maintain and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training also has the following effects:

Develop strong bones Manage your weight Improve your quality of life Manage chronic diseases Improve your thinking skills
