Steph Claire Smith loves being a mom, but in addition to being a mom, she’s also an entrepreneur and co-host of @kicpod + KICBUMP. She has embraced her health and wellness journey and uses social media to encourage others to do the same. “Running tips from someone who never thought running would be fun. When I say I used to hate running, I mean I really hated it. When you get to 200 meters, you wonder why you bother running at all.” I was wondering,” I hate the fact that I was already struggling. So here’s what I learned and what can actually help you enjoy running. Pace doesn’t matter. Stop comparing yourself to what you see online. 3. By following the program, you can safely reach your target distance. 4. Starting with your friends and community will increase your motivation. “Don’t worry about how your body looks when you’re running, it shakes, moves, turns red, and sweats,” she said on Instagram. Here’s what Steph does to stay in shape.

She’s been pushing through a rigorous workout routine. “Not every session will feel great. There are so many factors that go into how you feel during a particular workout. During today’s workout, you might find yourself wondering if you should stop. And if this was because of my energy levels, I think I should…but I knew I had the energy, so I decided to do the three sessions. “This challenge took me a week,” she said on Instagram. “I had to get out of my own head and stop worrying about athletic regression and needing rest. I took the pressure off of having to do my workout a certain way and just did it. I’m really happy that I was able to do that.”I’m proud to have achieved this goal. Don’t let this session dictate your next session. you are wonderful. ”

Although she loves being a mother, she doesn’t feel guilty about prioritizing her health and setting a good example for her children. “I’m so happy for him to see his mom taking time for him. He was finally able to finish his first workout of the Express Lift Challenge 💪🏼 Last week we started working on our new Kick workout. I didn’t want to overdo it because I was filming and the weather wasn’t very good for me.” I started by going to the gym, which I finally accomplished today. I did it with the new STAX Visit us 😘 Let’s go,” she said on Instagram.

She wants to inspire others to focus on building strength. “Here’s a workout that has made me stronger than ever and I’m so excited for you to try it. If you’re taking part in an Express Lift workout for the first time in this challenge, I’d love to hear what you think. Please. I can’t do it. Let’s work together for the next eight weeks,” she said on Instagram.

She practices Pilates to stay in shape. “A question I get asked a lot is, ‘What is your favorite training style?’ and I always get stuck because I think Pilates and strength training at the gym are pretty much the same. “The point is, you can tuck them in at home when Harvey is watching TV,” she said on Instagram. According to Better Health, “The health benefits of Pilates include improved flexibility, increased strength and tone, especially in the abdominal muscles, lower back, lower back, and glutes (the body’s “core muscles”), and balanced strength on both sides. Contains things. Body alignment, increased control of the muscles of the back and limbs, improved (stabilized) spine, (and) improved posture, to name a few.

In a video posted to Instagram, she shared photos of athletes of different shapes and sizes and wrote, “Let me remind you that this is what elite female athletes look like!! So beautiful, strong and in their own way. “Let me remind you that we are all talented too,” she captioned the photo. This is a reminder that “health” is not one-sided. She wants to spread the word about the importance of self-confidence and mental strength to the online community.
