Recently, she posted a gym selfie on her Instagram Story, showing her dedication to fitness as she posed in a white cropped hoodie and tan shorts. Rima’s social media is filled with posts about her lifestyle, including her daily supplement intake, workouts, and overall health efforts. She offers insight into her routine, including how she’s been lifting weights and working on strength after pregnancy without feeling the pressure of rapid weight loss. Lima encourages her followers to give themselves some grace when working toward their fitness goals.

Lima likes to take supplements. She shared her favorite in the caption of this Instagram post. “The supplements I take every day ⬇️ @keforma_america are all about quality and I know I’m in the best shape 😌1️⃣ Collagen – I usually take this first thing in the morning as a shot or coffee 😋 2️⃣Pre-Workout – Contains CGT Explosive Creatine and Glutamine to give you clean energy for your workouts. 3️⃣Recovery Mass 2.0 helps you recover and build muscle mass. 4️⃣Whey Protein. When it comes to losing baby weight, Lima is consistent. But that doesn’t mean she’s putting pressure on herself. Lima shared a video of herself at the gym on Instagram. Lima has great legs. Naturally, this means she doesn’t skip leg day. Lima shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing leg extensions and leg presses. Lima captioned the post: “The last workout of today’s lower body day with @treinadorkaka killed me 😭 Technique is everything, something I’ve been working and eating to grow for months. She captioned the post, “Actually, recovering from pregnancy is much harder than I expected. These moves helped restore my core. Try 1 minute, repeat 3 times 🔥” and core training is very important. The Mayo Clinic says: “Core exercises train the muscles of your core to work in harmony. This improves your balance and stability, or stability. Even when you’re on the playing field, you’re doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities rely on stable core muscles.”
