The MW75 Neuro headphones promise an EEG sensor that will let you know when you’re feeling stressed.

New Rable

If you’ve ever used a Muse headband to train your brain or improve your focus, you can imagine what you can do with the new MW75 Neuro headphones. According to Neurable and Master & Dynamic, who have joined forces to develop it, it’s like a fitness tracker for your brain.

“We are excited to introduce the first consumer headphones with a fully integrated brain-computer interface,” Jonathan Levine, CEO of Master & Dynamic, said in a statement. Ta. “The MW75 Neuro is a breakthrough product in technological innovation created to help users understand and improve their productivity habits.” ”

To do this, you listen to your brain activity on 12 brainwave channels via the headphones’ magnetic memory foam ear pads. All of the billions of neurons in our brains produce electrical signals that can be read as brain waves by an EEG machine. Neurable processes and interprets data through its AI engine to understand what’s going on in your brain at any given time. The MW75 headphones sample brain waves from 0 to 131 Hz, so they capture everything from the delta waves your brain emits during sleep to the gamma and high-gamma states of intense, heavy cognitive labor.

NW75 aims to help people improve focus and avoid burnout, telling them when to take a break and when to resume work.

The MW75 Neuro headphones feature a first-of-its-kind electroencephalogram (EEG) sensor.

Over time, the headphones and accompanying app learn when and how you work best, and make recommendations based on that information. Neurable says it has been working on its AI-powered platform for 10 years, using data analytics and signal processing to record and interpret brain signals.

In fact, they promised laboratory-level accuracy.

“Just like fitness trackers do for sleep and training, the Neurable mobile app provides data, trends, and insights to manage distractions and optimize productivity so you can stay smarter, not longer. ,” the company says.

In addition to brain sensing and monitoring features, the headphones offer three different levels of noise cancellation, four ambient listening modes that let you hear what’s going on in your world, plus Bluetooth and more on high-end headphone sets. It has all the typical features. . It also features at least 6 microphones to filter out external noise for clear calls.

The headphones cost $700 and are available now.
