Kat Musni, a successful fitness trainer, is known for sharing her workout routines and mindset tips on Instagram. In a September post, Musuni revealed that she was back to enjoying leg days, writing, “This happened. I’m enjoying leg days again! ☺️” Musuni’s fitness philosophy is more than just physical. In addition to physical training, the focus is also on mental strength. From squats and lunges to mindset exercises like journaling and reading, she believes in balancing the body and mind to achieve optimal fitness. Here, take a closer look at Musni’s favorite approach to lower body training and how she strengthens her mental health.

Musni always warms up before doing an intense workout. She talked about this in the caption of her Instagram post. “I love to warm up with basic exercises to check my body and get it moving before I get into a tougher match. I usually mix it up with my staff between sets. Masu!”

In her Instagram video, Musni can be seen doing squats with a barbell. There are many benefits to using weights when training. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strength training increases bone density by putting stress on your bones, which can reduce your risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage and lose weight, and boost your metabolism to burn more calories.” “It helps you consume.”

In an Instagram video, Musni is seen doing squats using a barbell and a box. Squats are very effective. The Cleveland Clinic says: “Let’s take a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats. Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Increases stability and balance. Improves health. Posture increases flexibility and mobility, which helps prevent injuries.

Musni is seen doing lunges in an Instagram post. NASM says this training has many benefits. “The lunge is a versatile, simple, and effective movement for lower body training. The different positions, planes of motion, and speeds all give the exerciser a variety of training adaptations. The lunge is the gift that keeps on giving. .”

Ms. Musni is trying to improve her way of thinking. She shared some of her favorite ways to do it in the caption of her Instagram post. “The hardest thing for me lately since my injury has been my mindset, so I’ve been working on strengthening that the most!🧘🏻‍♀️ I’ve been journaling, reading, watching YouTube videos about it, Trying new things like watercolors is some practice. How do you strengthen your mindset?
