Popular fitness trainer Lindsay Bomgren regularly shares her favorite workout routines with her Instagram followers to keep them motivated and healthy. She recently posted a video featuring an updated version of her 25-minute upper body workout using hand weights. “Today’s workout uses all your body strength and arms (OK, there’s some sneaky core work in there too!),” she captioned it. Known for his balanced approach, Bomgren incorporates both strength and core training into his routines to help his followers achieve total body fitness. Whether it’s leg day or focusing on unilateral training, she keeps things fresh, challenging, and accessible for all levels. Her dedication to fitness and passion for helping others is evident in every post.

Bomgren never misses leg day. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. In it, Bomgren can be seen doing squats, lunges, deadlifts, swings, and more. She is also seen using weights and resistance bands. Bomgren captioned the post, “Today’s workout is pure fire 👉 30 minute leg workout (strength, power, isometrics!!) 🔥Each circuit starts with a base strength training exercise and then… I will continue to power up with power moves,” he added. And finish with an isometric hold 🔥

Bomgren has a great core, so naturally he does a lot of core training. She shared posts of herself doing things like planking and climbing on Instagram. The Mayo Clinic says core training has many benefits. “The core is the central part of the body. It includes the pelvis, lower back, lower back, and stomach. The abdominal muscles are sometimes called the abdominal muscles. Core exercises are designed to help the core muscles work in harmony. This will give you better balance, also known as stability. In fact, most sports and other physical activities rely on stable core muscles. ”

Bomgren likes to do one-sided training. In the earlier Instagram post, she was seen doing a lot of these exercises. Bomgren captioned the post, “Thursday’s workout is a 25-minute UNILATERAL core (Stronger25, day 9) 💪 We bring the unilateral training style you know and love to your core 🔥Unilateral training is extremely beneficial for building deep core strength and strengthening your core, creating stability and balance, and reducing muscle imbalances. ”

Bomgren also does pull-ups to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself doing it on Instagram. Bomgren captioned the post, “There’s a reason why pull-ups are infamous. They’re one of the ultimate exercises for building upper body strength and definition…and they’re hard 😅 This is Us That’s why we created the free 12-week pull-up progression program – designed to meet you where you are and get you to your first pull-up within 12 weeks.”
