Many people believe that the holiday season is the season to gain weight, but in fact you can lose weight before Christmas.

According to renowned fitness trainer Lauren Scully, this can be achieved with a few smart eating tricks. She insists you don’t have to give up your favorite dishes.

Lauren shared her top tips for losing weight ahead of the holiday season, suggesting that smart food choices can lead to significant weight loss.

Her advice is perfect for anyone looking to improve their health before the holidays. In a recent video, Lauren demonstrated how simple dietary changes can make a huge difference. Simply replace unhealthy foods with healthier options.

It is also important to consume protein with every meal.

Lauren recommended making homemade tomato soup and brown bread for lunch, stressing that you shouldn’t be afraid of carbohydrates when trying to lose weight.

She also suggested adding boiled chicken to soups for an extra boost of protein, which can stave off hunger pangs for longer.

The health enthusiast recommended baked potatoes as a great option with chicken for dinner.

She emphasized that this particular meal contains just over 400 calories and will definitely make you feel full.
