Sjana Elise Earp is a renowned fitness trainer and influencer who frequently shares her journey to physical and mental health with her many followers on Instagram. Recently, she posted a yoga video with a heartfelt message reflecting on the lessons she’s learned and how she’s growing as a person. “It’s time to stop resisting life’s rich dance and FLO W,” Earp wrote in the post. She believes that balancing self-care, mindfulness, and fitness are important components of a healthy lifestyle. Find out how she stays healthy inside and out.

In the caption of her post, Earp talked about the importance of focusing on yourself. “It’s important to know your ‘why’. If I’m doing something to please someone else, I’m neglecting my own needs. When I say yes to something, I end up saying no to myself and understand and acknowledge that the dissonance between those points not only opens up a whole room of hurt and trauma. , I also make space for lots of love!”

In the caption of her post, Earp also wrote that she is taking care of her mental health. “I now realize that I am afraid of being alone with my mind and that I have not yet learned to trust myself to make healthy decisions without external responsibility. I don’t want to self-isolate or indulge in the same self-destructive behavior.” I’m concerned about limiting behaviors and thought patterns, so I turn to yoga and yoga to teach myself how to be kind to myself and how to be simple. I am leaning towards practicing other health methods. ”

In this Instagram post, Earp revealed that she loves going to saunas. She captioned it, “One of my favorite exercises while traveling is definitely the sauna!! I try to take a sauna at least every other day while I’m here in Bali and I feel so good ! 🤗🔥 We went and played” After our workout we enjoyed a sauna, ice plunge and hot tub contrast session at @theasamaia. The whole setup here is truly dreamlike. Bear and I kept saying we couldn’t wait to create a restorative sanctuary like this in our home. Someday it will be my home! ”

If you have a medical condition, practicing yoga regularly may help you cope with these symptoms.” It can also help improve your mood. ”

In the caption of this Instagram post, Earp revealed that she likes to do Pilates to stay healthy. Houston Methodist says Pilates is extremely beneficial. “Pilates is a type of exercise in which a series of controlled movements are performed precisely in conjunction with each other. Technically, Pilates is considered a full-body workout because of which muscles it works. In terms of points, Pilates movements are primarily designed to target the abdominal muscles, gluteal muscles, and inner thigh muscles.
