Hiring Our Heroes to Host a Career Exploration and Recruitment Fair, November 19 | Article

FORT KNOX, Ky. — The Hiring Our Heroes US Chamber of Commer Foundation will host a Fort Knox Career Exploration and Recruitment Fair on November 19th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Saber & Quill Conference Center.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet, network and interview with regional and national employers at this professional development and recruitment event. All veterans, military personnel, and military spouses are invited to participate.

More than 15 employers will participate, offering approximately 5,000 positions in human resources, administration, and information technology.

This event includes two job exploration seminars. one for military spouses from 9 a.m. to noon and one for military spouses from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Individuals can expect to learn about the SkillBridge program, fellowship and internship opportunities, military spouse professional development and employment programs, and LinkedIn tips.

The recruitment fair portion of the event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Job seekers are encouraged to bring several copies of their resume.
