NEW YORK , Oct. 17, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Tomorrow Health, the leading home health platform, has appointed Puneet Goel as Chief Technology Officer and Kathy Fakovec as Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs, adding to its leadership team. announced the expansion of Danny Pedrini, vice president of operations, product, and Patrick Bryan, vice president of business development. These new leaders each bring more than 20 years of professional experience and aim to strengthen Tomorrow Health’s technology and clinical capabilities and further transform the way home health care is ordered, delivered and reimbursed.

Puneet Goel, who previously served as general manager at Square and led engineering for more than five years, joins as chief technology officer. During his time at Square, he oversaw a significant expansion of the engineering team, spearheaded new market entry, and developed mobile and data platforms for point-of-sale systems. With 24 years of experience in software development, Goel plans to use his experience to position Tomorrow Health’s platform as the gold standard in the industry.

In addition to Mr. Goel, Tomorrow Health has appointed Kathy Fakovec as senior vice president of clinical operations. A respected clinical leader, Mr. Fakovec brings more than 10 years of experience to NaviHealth, a leader in benefits management that was acquired by Optum in 2020. At NaviHealth, he served as market president for the Pennsylvania region and most recently held the role of senior vice president of clinical affairs. She works with more than 3,600 team members under her supervision. She will oversee Tomorrow Health’s clinical services and drive the growth of its innovative care models.

Danny Pedrini, vice president of product, joins Tomorrow Health from Truepill, where he was director of product management. At Truepill, Mr. Pedrini led the development and expansion of the company’s core pharmacy products. Mr. Pedrini will leverage his experience at CVS Health with a focus on home dialysis, population health management and patient engagement to lead Tomorrow Health’s product development and drive innovation from concept to launch.

Patrick Bryan, vice president of business development, has more than 30 years of experience as a commercial national accounts, Medicare Advantage, and workplace health business development and sales leader at organizations such as Aetna, Humana, and the American Heart Association.
