Jennifer Aniston’s latest photoshoot for fitness brand Pvolve has fans of the 55-year-old actress excited. Fans have compared the actress’ athletic physique to that of legendary 1980s icon Jane Fonda. But unlike Fonda’s bright workout wear, Aniston settled for a jet-black, sophisticated look. One fan nicknamed her “Jennifer Fonda” in the comments.
And of course, there’s Jane Fonda. He made headlines decades ago as a fitness guru who revolutionized millions of easy exercises to do at home using video formats played on the latest VCRs at the time. . And for her fans, Aniston’s toned body and workout poses are noteworthy. It’s reminiscent of when Fonda first brought her sweaty habits to the fore.
In the new photo, Aniston showed off her toned arms in a black bodysuit while showing off her clearly tanned skin, which she likely got from a tan at her home in Malibu. She also shared a short video of herself doing some workout prep work behind the scenes. This is a cool-off session with your biggest fans after your sweatiest session. Aniston, who is known for her love of fitness, said she follows the 16:8 diet, which is based on intermittent fasting. She also said she does Pvolve workouts five times a week.
She endorses a fitness program titled Pvolve, which is low-impact functional fitness using resistance-based equipment. This approach aims to increase strength while being gentle on the body.
Aniston’s exercise routine actually goes hand-in-hand with aerobic classes that allow her to stay healthy without putting too much stress on her body. She said that when she was younger, she pushed herself too hard by practicing for hours on the Stairmaster and was unable to exercise effectively. She doesn’t believe that hours of cardio sessions are necessary for an effective workout.
Aniston has stated that such an approach caused her some degree of burnout, and that during a therapy session he gifted her with a Barbie doll secured with kinesio tape to depict the cumulative effects that had occurred over the past 15 years. said. She said her workouts are less taxing on her body because she trains with friends and listens to music like Lizzo, Rihanna, and ’90s hip-hop to have fun.
She also said that Pvolve has helped her regain much of the health she lost due to a back injury two years ago. This program helped her body recover and heal. According to Aniston, as you get older, your workouts need to be exciting and gentle on your body. She encourages her friends to try the program and wishes she had discovered it 20 years ago when she was overworking her body.
For Aniston, what’s important is not aging or plastic surgery, but health and happiness. For this reason, the actress finds solace in meditation and loves spending time outdoors with her dog.
As Friends celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, Aniston continues to inspire fans, first with her career and then with her message of health and wellness.
