LOS ANGELES – Three suspects have been charged in the robbery shooting in Bel Air that seriously injured fitness influencer Miguel Aguilar, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

Investigators say at least four armed suspects approached the Aguilars at their home in the 11400 block of North Thurston Circle near Sunset Boulevard on Friday, Sept. 13. While in the driveway, the suspects continued to demand that they hand over their belongings. That’s when one of the suspects shot Aguilar in the head and ran to a getaway car waiting nearby, authorities said. TMZ reported that the thieves targeted Aguilar’s Rolex watch.
Aguilar was taken to a hospital where he remains in critical condition, officials said.
The suspects were identified as Jason Marella and Damonee Johnson, both 19 years old, and Maki Taylor, 18. All three suspects are from Oakland.
All suspects are charged with one count of murder, one count of second-degree robbery, one count of firing into an occupied motor vehicle, two counts of attempted second-degree robbery, and two counts of assault with a semi-automatic weapon. has been done. and a special charge of use of a firearm.

Taylor was charged with one count of attempted murder.
A fourth suspect, later identified as Mario Melara, was fatally wounded. All three other suspects are being held without bail.
