The Princess of Wales is incredibly sporty and has been committed to a disciplined fitness regime over the years.

The royal mother of three is thought to dabble in sailing, cycling and yoga, as well as maintaining an exercise routine packed with cardio and weight training.

Kate, 42, in particular, seems to have a real interest in running. Mike Tindall made the revelation in a new interview with The Telegraph.

Giving a glimpse of the Welsh family’s passion for the sport, the former rugby union player said: “George loves his football. I played with him in the garden many times. He also has a passion for Aston Villa. Wherever he is, he is.” I’ll sit down and watch the game. ”

She continued: “They are a family that loves sports. Kate loves running.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Mike spoke candidly about his family life with wife Zara and their three children, Mia (10), Lena (6), and youngest son Lucas (3).

Born into a sporting family, with equestrian Zara winning a silver medal at the 2012 Olympics and Mike being part of England’s 2003 World Cup-winning team, it looks like the Tindalls are following in their parents’ footsteps. That’s probably not surprising.

Reflecting on his son Lucas’ irresistible enthusiasm, he said: “You can’t stop him. He wants physical contact. He wants to wrestle. He imagines himself to be a ninja and he just walks around with a stick hitting people. .”

Mike added: “He’s a very typical boy. He can’t sleep unless he’s exercising like a dog and slamming him into the ground. If he doesn’t, he can’t sleep. You’re built that way. So being fully masculine is something that a lot of people do.” There’s nothing wrong with being a rugby player. ”

It’s been a busy time for the British royal family. The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh recently visited the island of Malta for a four-day royal tour, while Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, made her first public engagement since completing chemotherapy treatment earlier this week.

On Thursday, the royal family made a poignant visit to Southport with her husband Prince William, meeting with the families of the three men, first responders and members of the local community.

The couple are survived by the families of Bebe King, 6, Elsie Dot Stancomb, 7, and Alice DaSilva Aguiar, 9, who were seriously injured in the July 29 attack. He spent some private time with dance teacher Leanne Lucas (35) and others.

They then visited the Southport Community Center to meet first responders involved in the attack, hear their experiences and meet health workers supporting Southport’s ‘blue light’ community.

After the visit, the couple posted on social media: “We will continue to work with everyone in Southport. Meeting everyone in the community today was a powerful reminder of the importance of supporting each other after an unimaginable tragedy. Everyone. will remain in our thoughts and prayers. ”
