As the 2024 presidential election approaches, there are stark differences between former President Trump and Vice President Harris’ records on health insurance and health care costs, including Obamacare, Medicaid and prescription drugs.
On Tuesday, October 1 at noon ET, KFF Executive Vice President of Health Policy Larry Levitt will moderate a 45-minute debate with two veteran health policy advisors to explore the election’s possible impact on these issues. The debate will address questions such as what are the candidates proposing, what are the pros and cons of various proposals, what are the candidates not talking about, and how the health policy agenda will evolve after the election depending on who controls the White House and Congress.
