“I was looking for a job that would allow me to do what I love: training seniors,” says Brianne Talbert. “I did my research, read the reviews, and knew that a career with Erickson Senior Living would allow me to enjoy great benefits and a good work-life balance while doing what I love.”

While still living in Pensacola, Florida, Brianne, who had plans to move to the Washington, DC area, applied for a position as a fitness specialist at Riderwood, an Erickson senior living community in Silver Spring, Maryland.
