Sanya Malhotra’s gym balance tricks

The video shows Sanya standing on a balance disc while the actor’s trainer spots her from behind. The Qatari actor stands on one leg and balances his body. Next, extend your other leg out to the side so it’s almost parallel to the ground and extend your arms. Once she gets into position, the trainer places yoga bricks on her feet to test the actor’s balance. Once the position is established, Sanya returns to her normal position and expresses her pleasure.

What was the internet reaction?

Fans loved Sanya’s balancing trick and flooded the comments section with compliments. Tahira Kashyap wrote, “Strong, strong, strong.” A user commented, “Balance, strength, core strength, and mobility are the best examples.” Celebrity stylist Amandeep Kaur wrote: “Amazing.” A fan commented, “This is insane.”

Benefits of balance training

Balance training increases body awareness and improves mobility, reaction time, fall prevention, coordination, and strength. It also improves muscle strength and joint support. Incorporate balance training into your daily routine using different exercises such as yoga or tai chi, or practice balance during daily activities (such as standing on one leg while brushing your teeth or standing on tiptoe while standing in line). You can practice.
