Scooter’s Coffee partners with nonprofit organization to bring back seasonal products

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Scooter’s Coffee has partnered with Pink Agenda to raise money for breast cancer research with seasonal products.

Scooter’s Coffee announced in a release Tuesday that it is bringing back its seasonal snack Courage Cookies and Courage Quencher beverage to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

“Many of us have had ourselves or a loved one affected by breast cancer. The courage of breast cancer patients and the love shown by those who support them is inspiring,” said Scooter’s Coffee Executive Director of Community. , Becky Vinton Janet said. “Guided by our core values ​​of courage and love, we begin our partnership with Pink Agenda for the fifth year in a row to one day find a cure and put an end to this devastating disease. I am.”

Scooter’s has donated approximately $676,000 to breast cancer research since 2020 and sold more than 1 million Courage Cookies during that time, according to the release.

Courage cookies are sugar cookies with pink cream cheese frosting.

Courage Quencher is an iced drink made with strawberries and lime, coconut milk and frozen blueberries.

According to the release, 20% of the profits from these two items will be donated to The Pink Agenda, a breast cancer research nonprofit.
